- Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner with at least 2+ years of post-training experience in rural and/or wilderness medicine
- Team player interested in being engaged in all of the communities across the island
- Interest and experience in OB a bonus
- Two provider primary care clinic
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm
- Provider schedule is four 8-hour days a week in clinic, with up to 15 patients a day
- Visiting specialists include Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Orthopedics and Cardiology
- Support staff includes an RN, Radiology and Lab Techs, Certified MA, PARs, Referral Coordinator
- Moderate complexity Lab status
- Epic EHR
- Relief Hourly Rate: $79.24/hr - $100.20/hr
