- Devise and implement a strategic sales plan to onboard new clients from a provided cold list.
- Utilize cold calls and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and close deals.
- Promote our two main services:
- Main Service: A six-month recruitment partnership.
- Additional Service: Community and online recruitment marketing.
- Adjust sales tactics to optimize client acquisition and ensure successful deal closures.
- Educate and guide junior sales staff on efficient cold acquisition methods.
- Analyze sales performance data to fine-tune strategies and enhance results.
- Main Service (preferred):
- One client weekly: $250 per successful close.
- Two to three clients weekly: $500 per successful close.
- Four or more clients monthly: $1,000 per successful close.
- Additional Service:
- $200 commission upon contract signing.
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership, particularly in cold acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Background in mentoring and training sales teams.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and recruitment processes is advantageous.
