- Manage high volume calls and schedule appointments in tracking system
- Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses
- Ensure that all information entered in the BDC software is consistent and accurate
- Follow up with "No Show" Customers
- Attend product training courses as directed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Customer service experience (required)
- Luxury experience preferred
- Valid driver's license; must be insurable
- Drug and background screen
- Regular and reliable attendance required
- Comfortable in a high paced, competitive environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
