    Qualifications:


    Current on-site requirement is three days per week with Monday or Friday as an "anchor" day; however, this is subject to change with notice.

    Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    Technology Acumen:
    advanced proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel).
    4+ years of relevant Technology sourcing/procurement experience.
    Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    Experience in developing and managing Technology RFPs or sourcing process with minimal support, start-to-finish, for simple-to-medium complexity projects (to include market research, RFP development, and management of communications and stakeholder involvement, etc.) Evaluating vendor bid responses (quantitatively and qualitatively} and RFP analysis using spreadsheets and/or other tools.

    In-depth understanding of best-in-class procurement processes (sourcing, contracting, negotiation etc.)
    Knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
    Establish relationships with Stakeholders / cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
    Develop and manage IT sourcing project timelines and lead meetings as directed.
    Ability to be accurate, responsive, and detail-oriented; multi-task; and follow through.

    Ability to be team-oriented as well as work independently, results and quality-driven, positive attitude, and be active with the entire procurement process.

    Ability to organize work load efficiently, meet tight timelines, problem solve effectively, and perform duties of the job accurately and with input and follow-up from management.

    Ability to work in a very fast paced environment.
    Ability to drive and lead along with using processes to build and improve work.
    Comfortable and effective in interacting with all areas and levels of the organization to drive organizational goals and objectives.
