Job Description:

Soliantis currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Lakeland, FLor the surrounding areas. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality speech and language therapy services.

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting assessments and evaluations under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
Provide direct therapy services to clients with speech and language disorders.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
State certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant inFL.
Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
