- Oversee food preparation and ensure that the quality of all food served to customers is consistently prepared pursuant to the highest standards.
- Ensures that all back-of-house team members are trained, motivated and empowered to deliver consistent food quality and execute safety and sanitation practices that meet or exceed company expectations.
- Place, receive and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals.
- Participate in weekly/monthly inventories.
- Maintain budgeted food cost.
- Write weekly schedules.
- Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards.
- 1-2 years of manager experience is preferred
- Available to work late nights, weekends and holiday shifts.
