- Develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
- Mange and develop multiple analysts.
- Develop new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level data modeling/analytics.
- Foster innovation,
drive critical decisions, hold business partners accountable,
as well as business partners across the enterprise.
The job requires solid people leadership experience,
a proven track record of decision making based on analytics,a strong quantitative orientation.
