    We're Admix, a global fast-growing employee-owned manufacturing company specializing in industrial mixing equipment We engineer, manufacture, market and service high performance and high efficiency mixing equipment and systems for the food and beverage, chemical, battery, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

    Director Of Sales And Marketing Summary


    The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence.

    The Director of Sales and Marketing will also provide leadership, direction, and management to the marketing and sales teams.

    Director of Sales and Marketing Duties and Responsibilities

    Directly manage, nurture, and grow the skill set and capability of reporting staff
    Lead and motivate direct reports; provide coaching and mentorship
    Develop and execute the annual sales plan
    Solicit input internally as well as externally to develop and manage execution of the annual marketing plan
    Create and manage the annual T&E budget
    Develop regional training programs for sales channel development including the Chemical Market and Hygienic Market Managers
    Assist in the development of the operating plan on an annual basis, and as part of the overall company multi-year strategic plan
    Identify and cultivate new business opportunities
    Work with company management to review business and product expansion opportunities where they may present themselves through acquisitions, partnerships, or alliances with other companies

    Director Of Sales And Marketing Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

    Superior leadership and people management skills; ability to lead, mentor, and motivate others
    Strategic thinker with strong planning skills and decision-making capabilities that support business objectives and drive change
    Strong communication and influencing skills, excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, and strategic skills
    Intimate knowledge of food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and chemical manufacturing processes

    Director of Sales and Marketing Direct Reports

    Inside Sales Manager (includes Aftermarket sales and lab)
    Hygienic and Chemical Market Managers
    International and Regional Sales Managers
    Marketing Manager

    Director of Sales and Marketing Credentials and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, business, or related discipline; MBA Preferred
    Must have a minimum of 15 years of increasing responsibility within sales management in a sanitary, fluid processing manufacturing company
    Strong mechanical and fluid dynamic aptitude is required

    Director of Sales and Marketing Special Requirements

    Travel is expected (50%)
    Position is based in Londonderry, NH (headquarters)
