    Description

    Join Mission Hospital's dynamic team of healthcare professionals! As a Nurse Extern General Surgery PRN member you'll provide essential care for patients by helping with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), checking vital signs, supporting mobility, and ensuring comfort and hygiene.

    Responsibilities

    1. Performing nursing tasks like wound care, catheter care, collecting specimens, and other basic procedures as you gain experience.
    • Documenting accurate patient information timely updates with nurses while prioritizing seamless communication.

    • Gaining hands-on knowledge within various medical fields through comprehensive rotations at our 853-bed hospital—Western NC’s only trauma center & children’s hospital!
