A health services organization in New Jersey is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Gastroenterologist to join their staff as their new Pediatric Gastroenterology Division HeadResponsibilities:
The Pediatric Gastroenterology Division Head will:Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions in childrenPerform endoscopic procedures and other diagnostic and therapeutic interventionsOversee the day-to-day operations of the division, including staffing, resource allocation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality careDevelop and manage the division's budget, including financial planning and resource allocationImplement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomesSupervise and mentor pediatric gastroenterology fellows, residents, and medical studentsStay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field and encourage professional development among division membersPerform other duties, as neededQualifications: Licensed to practice in the State of New JerseyBoard Certified in Pediatric GastroenterologyYour privacy is important to us.
