    Success in the role, what's the game plan?

    A Seneca Business Development Manager:
    Coaches Recruiters on details of active job orders from clients, partnering with Recruiter to find the most qualified candidate
    Works with Recruiters to understand client staffing needs and deliver market intel.
    Develop sales strategies to identify new opportunities utilizing a growing network of contacts
    Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates based on customer requirements
    Negotiates wages, benefits, and other terms of employment
    Establishes and builds long-standing relationships with their internal teams and clients

    This role reports to Regional VP, Paul Gamble. Paul takes a hands-on approach to growing, mentoring, and supporting sales teammates.

    He believes the team works best when everyone partners together for the common goal of supporting our clients to find great members of their teams.
