    Bridgeport, WV


    Salary:
    $32 $38/hr (DOE)

    Schedule:
    Full-time 12-hour shifts Includes nights, weekends, holidays Overtime Available

    About the Role

    Central Texas Recruiting is seeking skilled Aircraft Structures Technicians to support heavy maintenance and structural repair operations on commercial and corporate aircraft.

    This hands-on position is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship and thrive in a fast-paced aviation environment.

    Day and night shifts are available.

    Key Responsibilities
    Remove, install, and modify aircraft structural components
    Perform minor repairs on composite structures (on- and off-aircraft)
    Conduct inspections to identify hidden structural damage
    Assist with complex structural repairs, confined space inspections, and wing removal
    Fabricate structural parts from drawings and technical requirements
    Support the removal/installation of mechanical and electrical systems
    Operate ground support equipment as needed
    Travel to off-site locations if required
    Maintain tool control and provide accurate time estimates for tasks
    Contribute to welding, metal modification, and fixture design projects

    Qualifications & Requirements
    U.S. Citizenship Preferred

    Education & Experience:
    Minimum 3 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair or modification (or substantiated equivalent)
    FAA Airframe License required
    Prior MRO or military repair experience preferred


    Technical Skills:
    Experience with CRJ airframes is a plus
    Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
    Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
    Basic computer skills required
    Must provide your own tools and demonstrate tool control
