What We're Looking For
We're seeking a hands-on leader with a strong maintenance background who takes pride in keeping a property running smoothly and efficiently.
High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing
EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Proficiency in general maintenance:
HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to perform physical tasks and work in outdoor weather conditions
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, including buildings, grounds, and amenities
Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
Respond promptly to service requests and complete make-readies efficiently
Supervise maintenance, custodial, and groundskeeping staff
Manage maintenance inventory and adhere to budget guidelines
Provide exceptional service to residents, creating a positive living environment
Coordinate and oversee vendor work as needed
Lead by example and foster a safe, clean, and well-maintained community
