    Summary of Position:

    The PropX Regional Asset Manager is responsible for the successful oversight of equipment organization, inventory tracking, warehousing, ordering, asset movements and quality control. More specifically, responsibilities include and are heavily attached to the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and inventory of the PropX equipment refurbishment process. This position will work closely with the PropX Basin Managers, Third Party Contractors, and the field Operations teams. This position will include daily oversight of welding, painting, sand blasting and all other applicable labor needs.

    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Familiarity with Welding Operations.
    • Familiarity with Sand Blasting and Paint.
    • Strong written and verbal communication.

    • Forklift Knowledge.
    • Welding Certification ideal.
    • 4 years of Oilfield experience

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Organizes, inventories and tracks PropX's assets.
    • Oversees equipment refurbishment and controls quality and efficiency.
    • Manages third party contractors for the refurbishment process.
    • Evaluates asset utilization and demand based on operations forecast.
    • Oversees regional asset tracking and reviews with Districts monthly.
    • Coordinates with Operations on efficient asset allocation.
    • Collaboration and brainstorming to improve all aspects of company systems, equipment, and operations.
    • Partners with all department heads to ensure company goals and values are being upheld.
    • Travels to PropX districts to help with asset organization.
    • Sources various components for company needs and manages inventories.
    • Identifies and pursues opportunities for cost reduction concerning capital assets.

    Working Conditions/Environment:
    • Operates in a professional and/or casual office environment as well as an oilfield environment.

    • Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
    Salary:

    $80,000/YR - $120,000/YR

    Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
