Job summary
The position reports to a Project Manager and has direct responsibility for the efficient and timely management of personnel, equipment, scheduling, safety, cost quality workmanship subcontractors and completion of assigned project.Essential duties include orienting new personnel with company policies safety requirements job responsibilities conducting periodic evaluations reviewing daily records verifying accuracy maintaining daily log recording important conversations events supervising directing activities of project subcontractors ensuring compliance with all company policies procedures safety requirements quality workmanship assisting directing personnel in proper use maintenance equipment improving job performance controlling cost increasing productivity improving communication adhering to company policies monitoring insisting upon compliance all company policies procedures employment laws regulatory requirements maintaining good relations general public engineers architects inspectors customers facilitating job progress promoting positive company image performing additional duties as needed operations project directed Division Manager Project Manager having proficiency using smart devices computers must have regular predictable attendance being knowledgeable state federal regulations/laws apply bridge building construction industry other assigned areas responsibility as well as company policies procedures.
