- 1-3 years of administrative or HR experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and problem-solve effectively.
- Spanish proficiency is an advantage.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support across all HR functions. Responsibilities include creating reports, maintaining HR systems, leading special projects, and delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
