Create exceptional experiences for prospective and current residents while achieving individual and team leasing goals at Trailhead Vista luxury apartment community in Newark, OH.
- Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective residents creating memorable and positive first impressions.
- Provide tours that showcase the property's features and benefits while tailoring the experience to each prospect's needs.
- Confidently close the leasing process by addressing objections highlighting benefits securing commitments manage leasing inquiries responding quickly effectively through phone email or in person ensuring all communication occurs within 24 hours enter maintain accurate lead information in Entrata proactively follow up with prospects through warm calls emails or letters develop a deep understanding of site leasing trends traffic patterns product availability to effectively guide prospects toward leasing decisions ensure office model units clubhouse common areas along tour route are impeccably maintained reporting any issues to appropriate team member participate in community marketing initiatives outreach efforts resident event planning execution guide prospects through application process ensuring compliance screening procedures accuracy lease execution collect move-in related fees ensure paperwork funds properly handled provide exceptional customer service addressing resident inquiries processing service requests assisting day-to-day resident needs maintain manage community waitlist communicating updates with prospects as needed perform other duties assigned
