    Description

    Generations Home Healthcare is currently seeking a self-motivated, driven Community Liaison with a background in sales and marketing and a proven sales track record to join our team. Become part of one of the fastest growing areas in healthcare - home care - and make a difference in the lives of our seniors. Our mission is to allow our senior clients to age safely and comfortably in their homes.

    For this position you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment; be competitive and driven to succeed; able to work with minimal supervision in an organized, responsible manner; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; and have a desire to be an essential part in the growth of the agency. This is an external sales and marketing position in healthcare.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources through outside sales in skilled nursing/rehab facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, hospital case managers, physician's offices, hospice agencies, etc
    • Engage with the community through networking and community events
    • Host and run events
    • Obtain and close leads
    • Develop and implement sales plan
    • Submit weekly reports
    • Plan and manage your own schedule
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Self-directed
    • Reliable transportation
    • Strong commitment to results
