    Schneider is seeking a Supply Chain Team Leader in Livermore, CA to provide the analysis and problem resolution with customers, suppliers and other internal, cross functional departments to reduce costs using continuous improvement methodologies.

    You will be responsible to lead a team of Supply Chain Specialists on-site at a customer facility and address the team's impact on day to day performance and development of the relationship with the customer.

    In addition, you will interface closely with appropriate organizational functions, customer vendors and contacts to ensure effective management and achievement of key performance factors, cost reduction & continuous improvement initiatives, customization, engineering, and financial results.


    About the role:
    Formally/Informally coach and develop associates

    Coach and mentor front-line associates to ensure account and career path development and success

    Streamline, coordinate and implement processes including but not limited to transportation, to reduce costs using continuous improvement processes

    Facilitate monthly scheduled meetings with internal & customer teams to share information, resources, and to promote overall awareness of accountability to the customer

    Communicate effectively and build a professional relationship with internal / external customers and strive to exceed their total service expectations

    Ideal candidates will have:
    Bachelor or equivalent work experience and 2-4 years of relatable experience

    Three plus years management experience preferred in a Supply Chain

    Experience coaching, mentoring and developing front line associates with the ability to set clear direction and connect the enterprise vision to their work

    Effective oral and written communication skills using influence to result in a positive outcome
