- Must meet all WV State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
- Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of WV.
- At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
- Strong management and operation skills.
- Strong math/budgetary skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
