Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Miami, FL. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.

They will also contribute to employer branding and be involved in interviewing and hiring processes to attract top talent to the company.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in building a strong and diverse workforce for BilliMD.

Qualifications
Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates
Strong interviewing skills
Knowledge of employer branding strategies
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate job offers
Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
