    Process Technician

    A leading manufacturer is seeking a Process Technician with wire and cable experience to support production at their Manchester, NH facility.

    If you are a self-motivated problem-solver with strong troubleshooting skills and you prefer working nights, then this could be a great fit
    Responsibilities of the Process Technician

    Support operator training on product processes and procedures
    Create and maintain process sheets
    Partner with Shift Supervisor and assist with dispositioning non-conforming materials
    Address production problems and provide prompt resolutions
    Sign off on material conformance checks and in-line quality
    Monitor inline systems, recognize issues, and troubleshoot as necessary
    Enter maintenance requests for machine breakdowns
    Perform quality and safety audits as assigned
    Manage new product development projects on production floor through final reporting
    Follow company quality standards, 5S, JIT, etc.
    Perform additional tasks and participate in projects as required

    Qualifications of the Process Technician

    3 years of practical hands-on experience in a wire and cable manufacturing environment
    Good math and computer skills (especially MS Excel)
    Attention to detail required
    Strong organizational and time management skills
    Ability to work under pressure of time and resource constraints and respond to shifting priorities in a cooperative manner
    Strong commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency
    Above average reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English
