- Medical Laboratory Technician
- Education: Associate's degree in a field accepted by an MLT certification agency.
- Certification/Registration: MLT ASCP or equivalent.
- Medical Technologist I
- Associate degree with MLT certification & 3 years of clinical experience.
- Approved Military Training (if applicable).
- Medical Technologist II
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Certifications: MT or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent required.
