    Position Highlights:

    • Student Loan Repayment: This role may qualify for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, offering additional monthly payments of $167 (up to $10,000) to expedite loan repayment.

    Job Summary

    Embark on a dynamic career as an imaging specialist, enhancing patient care through CT, surgical, and diagnostic radiography. Utilize cutting-edge technology for precise internal imaging via CT scans, surgical fluoroscopy, and diagnostic radiography, aiding in accurate diagnoses and treatment strategies. Foster effective partnerships with healthcare professionals, show empathy and care towards patients, and ensure a safe and comfortable imaging journey. Stay adaptable and open to cross-training in various imaging techniques like CT and surgical radiography to expand your expertise.

    Education and/or Experience

    • Completion of an Associate's degree or accredited Radiology School certificate is mandatory.

    Certification/Licensure/Registrations

    • Obtain ARRT (R) Radiography Registry within 60 days post-completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology School.
    • Preferential possession of ARRT (CT) Computed Tomography Registry.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT

    • Compliance with NRC Confirmatory Order Communication mandate.

    Work Schedule

    • Night Shift - additional pay for night shifts
    • 48 hours over 2 weeks

    Pay

    The hourly wage range for this role is displayed below. Actual rate is based on individual experience.

    • $39.50 per hour
