    Hyper Recruitment Solutions have partnered with a reputable Automation Engineering provider across the US who are going through exponential growth.

    Now, seeking a critical senior engineering hire into the team.

    The Senior Controls Engineer will provide leadership in the controls engineering department. Across PLC, HMI, & Robotic automation.


    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Your duties as the Senior Controls & Robotics Engineer will be varied however the key duties & responsibilities are as follows:


    As the Senior Controls & Robotics Engineer you'll develop/implement procedures & standards for the controls engineering department to assist in meeting delivery timelines, improving quality, & maintaining budgets.

    Lead & assist in equipment start-up & commissioning, & coordinate with suppliers & contractors to accomplish automation objectives & goals.

    Program various industrial robots & cobots (Fanuc, KUKA, Yaskawa, etc).
    Program Rockwell PLC's & HMI's. Knowledge other platforms such as Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, etc.
    Program motion systems utilizing AC Drives & Servo Drives.


    ROLE REQUIREMENTS
    To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Senior Controls & Robotics Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile & past history:

    Extensive hands on programming PLC, HMI & Robotics
    Have experience as a lead/senior or mentor within an engineering team
    Happy to travel 25%
