- Degree in Pharmacy (B.S. or PharmD) is required.
- Licensed pharmacist in the state of California.
- Familiarity with laws governing OTC drugs, pharmacy products, and thirdparty plans.
- Thorough understanding of Pharmacy Policy & Procedure Procedures.
- High degree of initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Customer relations skills, ensuring an exceptional service environment.
- Sound business ethics and the ability to prioritize work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills for building relationships and conflict resolution.
- Flexibility to work different schedules to meet store and customer needs.
