    As a member of our close-knit Client Service Team, you become the backbone of our independent insurance agency.     WHAT YOU'LL DO

    You'll be the friendly voice that answers all inbound calls from our valued clients. This will allow you to be

    • Client Service Team answers all inbound calls
    • Process client payments
    • Gather quote information and assign
    • Counsel clients on various insurance questions
    • Manage glass and tow claims
    • Process mortgagee changes
    • Process endorsements and verify accuracy
    • Update client information
    • Issue auto ID cards
    • Prepare and distribute policy documents at clients' request
    • Provide support to producers and account managers as needed
    • Additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned
    • Develop and maintain close working relationship with team
    • Strengthen client relationships through engagement

    • Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Current Michigan insurance license is a plus, but not a must; we will help you get licensed
    TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week
