As a Point of Care Coordinator with supervisory duties, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all functions within your assigned section, including procedures, quality control, quality assurance, and maintenance.

Additionally, you will step up to supervise other sections in the absence of the supervisor and oversee all laboratory functions when Laboratory Management is unavailable, including on-call responsibilities.

Provide oversight and direction for all functions within the assigned section, including procedures, quality control, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure adherence to standards and regulations Assume supervisory responsibilities for other sections in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations and maintaining high standards of performance Oversee all laboratory functions during periods when Laboratory Management is unavailable, including on-call duties, to ensure seamless operation and patient care Ensure compliance with all CAP (College of American Pathologists) regulations, keeping the department current with regulatory requirements and implementing necessary changes or improvements Joining our team means becoming part of a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.
