- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain function and support business objectives.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet production and distribution demands.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment and compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Implement systems and processes to track and monitor supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
- 8+ years of supply chain experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment.
- Cell Therapy experience required.
- Experience building and managing teams.
