    Job Description

    Front Office - Business Service Specialist I

    Part-time, 25 hours Weekly


    Great Work Schedule:
    Tuesday - Thursday, Day Shift.


    This position provides customer service and clerical responsibilities and ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by filing and retrieving files for clients when requested.

    Generating reports for sold and or purchased vehicles and sending them out via FedEx or USPS.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Perform administration functions, including matching titles, customer service, data entry, filing and routing, etc.
    • Ability to efficiently file and pull tiles to be shipped to our clients.
    • Verifying information accuracy and interacting with internal and external customers.
    • Run a batch report for paid units to ensure timely processing.
    • Pull batches daily to prep for the reassignment team.
    • Run reports for sold units to provide the required paperwork from the S.O.S.
    • Visibly demonstrate commitment to Client Satisfaction modeling the behaviors of Cox culture.
    • Provide quality customer service through face-to-face and phone support.
    • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
    • Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
    • Effective communication skills are required.
    • Strong attention to detail skills are required.
    • Basic computer software skills required.
    • Must possess good problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
    • Must be able to operate office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
    • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks.
    • Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception.
    Drug Testing

    To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position.
