    Description
    We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter Administrator for our Mandeville office. Security National Life Insurance Company is an insurance company that specializes in Preneed and Final Expense Insurance.
    What You'll Do
    As a member of our Life Insurance Sales and Marketing team, you will recruit top life insurance professionals (with a focus on funeral preneed or final expense sales) to join our highly rated nationwide salesforce through a variety of digital mediums and creativity


    Duties will include:
    Make a minimum of 25 pre-screening calls per day to applicants. Must accomplish other performance measurement metrics as needed
    Track activity and ensure diligent follow up as necessary within our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR)
    Calling, emailing, texting, video chatting, social media communication (and other avenues) to communicate with the potential talent in order to evaluate whether applicant is eligible for next step in the recruiting process
    Promote best practices within recruiting
    Effectively articulate the company value propositions to recruits both in print (company digital recruiting ads) as well as through calls, emails, and texts
    Attend meetings via teams or Zoom to learn more about the team, company and to check in

    Other duties outside of recruiting role include:
    Effectively communicating with the Leads Department and agents on questions and issues pertaining to our lead generation platform
    Updating and completing reporting for the sales force through Excel
    Assisting on onboarding process of sending appointment links when applicable
    Helping team keep up with office supplies

    Job Type:
    Part time with Full time Potential

    Pay:
    $14-17/ hour


    Schedule:
    Up to 32 hours a week
