- 36 patient contact hours per week, flexible schedule
- Outpatient practice for all ages, including families
- Clinic hours: Mon-Thu: 8am-7pm, Fri: 8am-5pm, closed weekends
- EMR: Excellian - comprehensive electronic health record system
- Work collaboratively with patients to enhance health
- Practice thoughtfully with consideration for diversity and legal obligations
- Participate in multidisciplinary case management teams
- Use quality improvement tools to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Contribute to peer review and quality assurance
- Master's degree from accredited program required
- Licensed Physician Assistant with MN Board of Medical Practice
- ACLS-BLS Tier 2 required within 180 days
- Certification as Physician Assistant from NCCPA
- DEA certification required
