    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing existing house accounts and developing relationships with potential clients sourced through our in-house networking opportunities.

    You will work closely with our experienced team to upsell services and drive client satisfaction. Your primary focus will be on developing accounts and building strong, long-term relationships.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage and nurture assigned house accounts to maximize client satisfaction and business growth.
    Identify opportunities for upselling services and products to existing clients.
    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and effective communication.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
    Participate in in-house networking opportunities to identify and convert leads into clients.
    Track and report on account performance and progress towards targets.
    Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to offer innovative solutions to clients.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    Valid Drivers License.
    1-2 years of experience in contract furniture, related industry, or sales capacity.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software programs.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
    Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
    Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.


    Schedule:
    Full-time availability, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    Willingness to travel.


    Work Environment:


    Includes a typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues, and occasional local and/or overnight travel.

    Travel may include automobile and plane transportation.
