Job Summary
The floating teller will provide support across all branch locations as needed to ensure adequate staffing operational and member service needs.Demonstrates a strong member focus through consistent exceptional service creates a memorable member experience by cultivating maintaining and enhancing relationships with members through proactive outreach efforts in person over the phone or other channels as appropriate develops maintains and demonstrates a working knowledge of credit union member service standards policies procedures and applicable state federal government rules delivers seamless accurate service that enhances the member experience handles requests confidently limits unnecessary transfers provides helpful direction when needed always in alignment with credit union standards regulations performs routine teller services account maintenance posts deposits loan payments transfers funds between accounts complex teller services GL entries vault balancing etc responsible for completing daily weekly or monthly balancing sheets night drop mail depository log daily timecard management CTR SAR documentation captured ATM cards audits for cash negotiable instruments ATMs cash machines branch maintains accurate records of transactions balances daily work answers incoming calls assists specific inquiries exhibits positive constructive supportive behavior with members coworkers demonstrates calm demeanor tone stays abreast promotions cross-sells complete line products services educates members emerging Credit Union technology digital solutions assists members variety inquiries account issues general credit union information supports Credit Unions culture compliance understanding complying federal state regulations including Bank Secrecy Act OFAC applicable adherence BSA AML OFAC policies procedures regarding large currency transactions monetary instruments wire transfers member identification OFAC screening completion training reporting suspicious activity BSA Officer performs duties assigned ability travel between branch locations reliable mode transportation meet staffing operational needs
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months retail customer service experience preferably bank/credit union environment.
- A high school education GED.
