As an FP&A Analyst at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insightful analysis, forecasts, and recommendations that guide key business initiatives. From budgeting and forecasting to variance analysis and financial modeling, you'll be at the forefront of driving financial performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Partner with various departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and strategies.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
