- 3+ years of experience practicing labor and employment (employer side)
- Experience handling matters related to wage and hour, discrimination, harrassment, wrongful termination, and/or class actions
- Advice and counseling experience preferred but not required (will train)
- Experience drafting employee handbooks
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Licensed to practice in Oregon or ability to be admitted within one year of employment
- Resume, transcripts, and a 10-page writing sample required
- Ability to work with a team
