We are seeking candidates for Facilities & Maintenance Technician roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for this contract opportunity is $18.00-$25.00 per hour. Interested?     What a Facilities & Maintenance Technician will do:
    • Inspect buildings, production equipment, and systems to identify issues using a proactive approach
    • Assist and/or repair down production equipment
    • Assist in the development of facilities and production equipment preventative maintenance processes and procedures
    • Manage HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
    • Coordinate and schedule repairs
    • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard
    • Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
    • Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies
    What you need to be a Facilities & Maintenance Technician:
    • High School degree or equivalent experience
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
    • Capable and available to work overtime including weekends, holidays, and evenings
    • Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking the manufacturing floor, and lifting up to 40 pounds
    • Effective problem-solving abilities
    • Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Must have solid work attendance and be reliable
