    Overview:

    JOB SUMMARY

    EFG Companies is looking for an experienced Account Executive in our ever-growing Call Center space. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Call Center, the CRM industry, and be comfortable in the B2B and B2C space. The Account Executive position plays a critical role in new client acquisitions as well as managing and maintaining positive relationships with existing and newly acquired clients. While travel is required, when not on the road, this position can be performed remotely.

    Responsibilities:

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Acquires new call center clients through phone, email, direct mail, industry networking, and other sales and marketing strategies
    • Develop strong working relationships with new and existing call center clients to promote the sales of EFG products
    • Provides product and/or sales training for new and existing call center clients
    • Follows established procedures and guidelines for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to sales and account management
    • Recognizes issues and creates opportunities to improve EFGs ability to better serve our customers and clients
    • Assist with cold-calling potential clients and assisting with all aspects of the sales process
    • Rigorously adheres to and upholds EFGs corporate values
    • Builds and maintains effective internal working relationships and supports the team (EFG) in meeting company goals.
    Qualifications:

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years previous B2B sales, and/or account management
    • Experience working in a Call Center in a Management role a strong plus
    • Willingness to leverage their existing call center contacts to better position EFG Companies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, sales, and customer service skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to multi-task and successfully work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Ability to adapt and improve with resiliency.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
    • Previous service experience in service contract, auto insurance, premium finance, and/or fulfillment preferred.
