    Seeking a Reliability Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our plant operations. You'll develop and implement maintenance strategies, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment performance and reduce downtime.

    Our client are a leading North American producer of industrial and agricultural chemicals, serving a broad range of markets to including Agricultural, Industrial, Mining.

    El Dorado, Arkansas.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement and sustain Asset Care Excellence (ACE) principles, maintaining safety operations and compliance.
    • Develop and maintain equipment maintenance programs that surpass regulatory standards.
    • Analyze maintenance costs and identify inefficiencies to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Lead cross-functional teams in Reliability Centered Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Six Sigma, and other initiatives for continuous improvement.
    • Manage capital project input and budgeting in line with operational goals.
    • Coordinate maintenance work orders, prioritize scheduling, and reduce emergency work orders.
    • Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions.
    • Oversee mechanical equipment maintenance beyond the Mechanical Integrity program, including inventory and documentation.
    • Drive plant changes to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), reliability, and process quality.
    • Develop a reliability strategy aligned with business needs, focusing on proactive maintenance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering from a 4-year ABET-accredited program.
    • 3-5 years of experience in the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical industry.
