    We're looking to hire a qualified Quality Assurance Manager for an onsite opportunity, offering up to $130K, based on experience.

    Quality Assurance Manager Role Requirements:
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Regulatory, or a related area within a cGMP environment.
    Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
    Supervisory/management experience of at least 2 years is highly preferred.
    Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are considered a bonus.

    Necessary certifications:
    Pertinent to quality/regulatory industries (e.g., ASQ Certification).

    Essential skills:
    Exceptional leadership qualities, adept at problem-solving, and proficient in conducting thorough root cause analyses.

    Additional advantageous skills:
    Proficiency in ISO and FDA regulations, a solid understanding of GMP principles.

    Software necessities:
    Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    Quality Assurance Manager Main Responsibilities:
    Spearhead the development and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS).
    Direct the organization's continuous improvement initiatives in line with QMS and relevant regulations (GMP, ISO).
    Play a key role in audit preparations and actively participate in regulatory audits.
    Lead the creation and maintenance of SOPs, Work Instructions, and Forms.
    Oversee quality compliance programs to ensure effective resolution of issues.
    Promote the development and integration of enhanced quality methods to boost product quality and operational efficiency.
