- Create, test, and maintain web applications built on Ruby on Rails and React.
- Design, implement, and maintain database solutions using PostgreSQL.
- Write automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the existing codebase.
- Follow best practices in architecting your code to provide maximum maintainability and
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, customer service, finance and other
- Adhere to the development team's coding standards and conventions.
- Interact with development, product management, architecture, QA, and support teams
- Maintain standards for reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
- Fix bugs and troubleshoot complex problems in a timely and accurate manner.
- 3 + years of professional experience
- Experience with Ruby on Rails and React
- Experience with relational databases
- Possess a high-level of drive, discipline, creativity, and motivation
- Passionate about web development
- Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy, and professionalism

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to complete complex tasks independently

- Legally authorized to work in US
- Salary range: $90-120,000
