    The role of Associate Director of Patient Services is crucial to our business development and operational departments. The incumbent will be responsible for devising and implementing service solutions.

    This position demands the execution of innovative programs and products that deliver tangible value to our biopharmaceutical clients and their stakeholders.

    As the Associate Director, you will oversee the delivery of solutions to clients and potential clients, craft proposals that effectively communicate our unique value proposition, and ensure the smooth implementation and operation of our solutions throughout the program life cycle.


    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Collaborating with internal teams and prospective clients to develop solutions that address unmet needs and demonstrate value for all stakeholders
    Leading research on products, competitors, and current offerings to analyze product needs and develop proposed solutions that identify value for all client stakeholders
    Preparing presentations, proposals, or RFP responses to support proposed solutions and actively participating in meetings with prospective clients
    Collaborating with Operations (Pharmacy and ComOps) to develop solutions and meaningful service levels that measure the value of the solutions and the company's performance
    Actively participating in the implementation of new clients and services to ensure that the contracted solution is implemented and delivered in accordance with the company's transition guarantee
    Monitoring client portfolios to ensure ongoing value and identifying opportunities to enhance solutions as the product and service matures
    Evaluating operational processes for efficiencies, providing recommendations to continually leverage technology and people for increased effectiveness and value.


    The ideal candidate possesses:
    Direct oversight of service solutions including assessment, concept, launch, growth, and sunset with measurable results
    Passion for taking on complex product solutions with multi-faceted competitive industry landscape
    Ability to effectively collaborate and influence customers, drive a strategy based on competition, market dynamics, and emerging technologies
    Innovative thinking and confidence when recommending solutions that require taking educated and calculated risks to problem solve and deliver mutual wins
    Excellent communication skills, organization, management, and execution capabilities
    Ability to proactively monitor and adjust activities to respond to changing circumstances and priorities to meet goals
    Ability to create consensus among cross-functional departments and bring closure to projects/initiatives
    Ability to cultivate relationships and navigate complex organizational structures
    Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
    Healthcare industry experience providing or managing product service solutions, with biopharma specialty product experience a plus.


    Requirements for the role include:
    A Bachelor's degree (preferably in Science or Arts), with an MBA in Business or Marketing preferred
    Minimum 6 years of healthcare industry experience
    Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products, and working with manufacturers is a plus
    Fluency in English and Spanish or Chinese/Mandarin is a plus

    Ability to work a standard 8.5-hour shift between our business operating hours of 8 am - 8 pm Monday through Friday and flexibility to travel as needed.
