Your Impact as a Physical Therapist

Champion Elara Caring's mission and philosophy
Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs, and design personalized care plans

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an APTA-approved Physical Therapy program
Current, unrestricted PT license for Rhode Island
Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience
Willingness to travel within the Providence/East Bay coverage area (50%)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Reporting to: Branch Director, Clinical Manager, or Clinical Supervisor
