    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule office surgeries, tests, referrals, and authorizations.
    • Process medical and dental claims.
    • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff for exceptional customer service.
    • Manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.

    Patient Experience Optimization:

    • Coordinate patient care with referring dentists.
    • Address patients' financial and insurance concerns.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of surgery scheduling experience.
    • Strong healthcare planning knowledge.
    • Experience overcoming objections and connecting with patients.
    • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Good organizational skills.
    • Effective written and oral communication, with the ability to set priorities and work independently.
    • Excel and Microsoft Word skills preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    • Main duties take place in a well-lit, climate-controlled, indoor, smoke-free oral surgery clinic.
    • Risk of exposure to infectious diseases, blood, body fluids, and sharp devices.

    Locations:

    • Poller, Rincon, and Savannah.

    Preferred But Not Required:

    • Bilingual.
    • Experience with WinOMS.

    All team members are vaccinated, uv lights sterilize operatories and waiting room. Ultraviolet filtration air system and proper PPE.
