Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
Monitor key financial metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with various departments to develop annual budgets and forecasts.
Evaluate budget variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Assist in the development of long-term financial plans.
Data Interpretation:
Analyze complex financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives by providing financial insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance.
Provide recommendations to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
