    This is how you will grow:
    The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and project reporting of specific construction project(s)
    Provides leadership and is accountable for assistant project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, materialmen, scheduling, and budgets/financials associated with their project(s)
    Provide leadership, training, and mentorship for assistant project managers
    Create and maintain front end client communication on assigned projects
    Communicate with the Architect / Engineer of Record on design intent and construction recommendations
    Manage and participate in estimating efforts and bid solicitation
    Qualify subcontractor proposals and material quotes
    Prepare and submit formal proposals. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating bid review presentation.
    Monitor project progress, scheduling, budgets, and offer support to field staff
    Ensure profitability measures are consistently met on every project
    Schedule and maintain communication with clients throughout the duration of construction
    Foster and develop current policies and procedures for improvement
    Ensure projects are consistently meeting and exceeding profitability marks
    Ensure job processes are followed in accordance with company policy and procedures
    Proactively monitor progress of projects through updated schedules, reports, and cost analysis
    Successfully complete a timely closeout of each project
    Requirements

    This is how you will take us forward:
    Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering-or related field or equivalent experience
    PMP preferred
    Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Project Manager role
    Familiar with SAP, Project Scheduling and Budget Management.
    Prior experience in managing large Construction Projects
    Strong leadership and management skills
    Effective oral and written communication skills
    Ability to travel when necessary
