We are partnered with an education technology specialist with a proven track record working with independent schools and colleges to deliver enterprise-grade IT systems, support and knowledge that enable quality, innovation and excellence in education.

We are now seeking an Infrastructure & Network Support Engineer to join their team of experts.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients to determine the nature of the problems they are encountering, supporting the client through to resolution.
Escalating complex problems and making users aware of the impact.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Repairing equipment and replacing parts. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
Setting up accounts and hardware for new staff.
Logging and processing support calls.
Working closely in a team environment to support other team members.
Recording and documenting solutions

Must Have's:
Experience with Core Microsoft Products including Active Directory, 365 Exchange, and SharePoint
2+ years of experience in IT support

Nice To Haves:
Experience with networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
Experience with Fortinet Firewalls and Ubiquity networking products would be beneficial but not essential for the candidate.

Salary:
€38,000 - €45,000 Basic Per Annum
