Job summary
The candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, implementing and troubleshooting Blue Ridge Internet, Phone and IP Video solutions along with core Networking and Security.
They will also be responsible for deploying and configuring network equipment,
providing training and support for employees,
accepting and resolving escalated trouble tickets from our Level II Tech Support,
managing time-sensitive projects effectively and efficiently. DOT:
