Description
Allegheny Health NetworkSign on Bonus Eligible:
$10,000 (2 year commitment)
Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation. (Prepares equipment and supplies. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary. (or six months to one year related experience and/or training; American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) - Radiography Certification and Registration or Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) - Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
Computed Tomography (CT) Certification is required within 18 months of hire.
