    PositionDescription

    The EnterpriseApplications Analyst (FICO) will engage directly with multiplecross-functional business teams to evaluate and deliver highquality solutions which optimize and enhance the existing SAPsystem. This role is chiefly responsible for evaluating newenhancements and project requests and supporting the business todefine their requirements. These activities will support theproject prioritization for the portfolio, as well as solutiondesign. This role has a high-degree of user engagement to performdiscovery requests and deliver solutions for newfunctionality.

    The role will also serve as leadon small to medium enhancement projects, orchestrating solutiondesign, managing deadlines, managing business communication andprovides status updates, research and resolve production supportissues, develop functional specifications from businessrequirements, coordinate development (ABAP&BW), providetechnical support and contribute to overall software architectureand process solutions for SAP FICO, FSCM & OpenText. The rolewill be responsible for the solution, design, system configuration,testing, documentation and post implementation support.

    This position reports to the FunctionalAnalysts Manager within the Information Systems' EnterpriseApplications Team. The Information Systems Department hasresponsibility for Enterprise Applications, Master Data Management,IT spend and controls, IMO and the PMO for RefrescoNA.

    KeyAccountabilities:

    • Responsible for solving complex problems; design,configure, test and implement solutions for SAP FICO &FSCM
    • Analyzes business needs, documentsrequirements and translates needs into functional, non-functionaland/or technical specifications. Performs analysis, and evaluatesdownstream business, systems, process, and/or organizationalimpacts.
    • Elicits complete and thoroughrequirements from the business to ensure accurate effortestimation
    • Accurately estimates effortrequired to implement a solution based on businessrequirements
    • Identifies all impactedfunctionality and processes when evaluating businessrequirements
    • Analyzes the process to beimplemented, defines system requirements in terms of systemcapabilities and configures SAP.
    • Maintains ahigh level of functional competency regarding standard SAP FICOconfiguration and keeping current on SAP trends & futureenhancements.
    • Collaborates with thedevelopment team in order to achieve desired end-results on complexproblems by delivering scalable business processsolutions.
    • Plans and assists with oversight oftesting processes and activities including defect identificationand resolution.
    • Develops or assists in thedevelopment of work plans, time schedules, project task items, andassists with estimating resource needs for analysts, developers,business user personnel, and consultants.
    • Advises business partners on the implications of standardor new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.

    Education andExperience:

    • Minimumof 5 years configuration experience in FICO & FSCM
    • Experience with FICO integration between all operationsand manufacturing modules.
    • 2+ Full life cycleimplementations.
    • Bachelor's Degree inBusiness, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accountingor related field preferred.
    • SAP Certificationin FICO for Suite on HANA and/or S4 highlydesired.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Expertise in design, delivery and support ofFICO & FSCM SAP modules.
    • Extensiveexperience in AP, AR, Assets, Financial Reporting, Product Costing,Profitability Analysis (Cost and Account based), Credit andCollections and related FICO and FSCM processes
    • Experience in design, delivery and support of SAP Recordto Report applications
    • Extensive knowledge ofintegration points across SAP modules such as MM, WM, SD, PM, PP,and QM
    • Experience with OpenTextpreferred
    • Experience with S4 and/orprofessional certification preferred

    Position-Specific WorkRequirements:

    • May be required to travel up to 15% - 20% ofthe time based on business needs
    • Must comply and acknowledge the "Refresco Home-based JobRequirements" policy reviewed during new hire'sonboarding.
    • This position requires travel foron-site on-boarding at the onset of employment, for a period of 2weeks, possibly longer.
    • This position requiresSpring and Fall travel for week long department Summit meetings inTampa.
    • Due to the impact that this role has onRefresco North American operations, travel on short notice toprovide business critical support may be required.
